Please pray for a friend of mine's brother. His name is  Aaron and he will be having surgery on Feb 2nd with three surgeons planning for at least five to six hours to remove cancer from his forehead, sinus cavity and the bone behind it and then reconstruct.  He has squamous cell carcinoma and this will be his sixth surgery.  It started three years ago with a small bump...... Thank you very much!

Please pray for the lady in the newscast below. Her name is Yasmin and she has a family of seven total.  I can't even imagine what she is going through. You can view her story online at the website below. She is a friend of my friends. Thanks.

We ask the Lord would be with our country as well and that He continues to bring revival and open hearts and minds to His Word!

We all know someone who is going through a hard time, whether physical, mental, spiritual or emotional and so we ask the Lord to bring healing, restoration, repentance if needed and renewal. That those who are weak will allow the brothers and sisters in Christ who are stronger to come along side them and help them.

2 Timothy 2:4 says.... "No Soldier in active service entagles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier."

Luke 14:33 and 34 paraphrased and noted by John McArthur says.. " We must give everything up to be Christ's disciples... It is an absolute, unconditional surrender! His disciples were permitted to retain no priviledges and make no demands.  They were to safeguard no cherised sins; treasure no earthly possessions; and cling to no secret self indulgences. Their commitment to Him must be without reservation!"
